With the effects of COVID-19 being felt around the world, all businesses are being impacted in different ways. We are concerned with keeping our customers/visitors safe, complying with government guidelines & ensuring the safety of our staff and customers during face-to-face appointments. While the longer-term consequences of Covid-19 are difficult to predict, we are working hard to navigate through these challenging times. Naturally, the costs across all business sectors have risen, in particular, Rents, Utilities & Staff Costs. Yet, we are pleased to report that even with these tough times, we have not increased our rates of commission and were able to deliver an excellent service whereby buyers/sellers were guided through the complete purchase/sale process, the landlords always received their rent on time and tenants were supported through the lockdown periods and good compromise agreements were reached between the landlords and tenants when needs arose. We were able to achieve all this using emails, telephone, photos, On-line video tours, floor plans etc.

Practically overnight, physical distancing and the lockdowns have magnified the importance of digitization, we have adapted to find new ways of working while staying safe. By investing further in new technology and processes, we will continue to provide excellent service. New technology means we can conduct virtual viewings to generate interest for properties on the market and for those who would like an in-person viewing this can be easily arranged. Alternatives for signing contracts, like using electronic signatures or video calls as a means of witnessing signatures and scanning of signed contracts instead of posting them.

To capitalise from these experiences, having delivered a seamless service to all our customers during the unprecedented times of Covid-19, we decided to continue ‘going digital’ and offer all of our services online since November 2021.
